Keep heat on low and bring up to the desired temperature. Continue whisking to prevent the chocolate from burning.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into two large mugs.\u00a0 Top with whipped cream and cherry. Drizzle chocolate syrup over it and sprinkle with chocolate chips.<\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup butter<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>3 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp of spice to taste (can use all of pumpkin pie spice or a combination of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice, or ginger)<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cream the butter then add sugars. When it\u2019s light and fluffy, add eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and mix with the wet until thoroughly combined.\u00a0 Add one package of chocolate chips or as many as you like J.\u00a0 Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes depending on size.\u00a0 Note: touch the top of cookies to see if they are firm. Sift dry ingredients and mix with the wet until thoroughly combined.\u00a0 Add one package of chocolate chips or as many as you like J.\u00a0 Mix together the filling then place some of the chocolate dough on the sheet, top with some peanut butter filling and then cover with some more chocolate dough.\u00a0 Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes depending on cookie size.<\/p>\n<p>Biscuits and Gravy<\/p>\n<p>Biscuit<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shortening or butter<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cup buttermilk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine dry ingredients, cut in shortening then add the buttermilk a little at a time continually mixing until the dough comes together.\u00a0 Knead dough a few times.\u00a0 If it\u2019s too sticky add a bit more flour. If it\u2019s too dry add a bit more buttermilk.\u00a0 Roll out and cut to desired thickness.\u00a0 Place biscuits in a buttered dish and brush with melted butter.\u00a0 Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes depending on how thick you\u2019ve made your biscuit.<\/p>\n<p>Gravy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd pound of ground beef<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pound of sausage<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup flour<\/li>\n<li>3 cans evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Brown the meat then set meat aside reserving \u00bc cup of grease in the pan.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t have enough grease then add a few tbsp of butter.\u00a0 Whisk in flour and heat until smooth and bubbly then add milk slowly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes or so until your gravy reaches the desired thickness.\u00a0 Add your meat back in and stir.\u00a0 Serve over hot biscuits.<\/p>\n<p>Kelsey\u2019s Stuffed Shells<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10-20 large cooked pasta shells<\/li>\n<li>1 lb sausage<\/li>\n<li>1 diced onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cups of ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 lb of shredded mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>3 cups shredded mixture of asiago, parmesan, and Romano cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh basil chopped<\/li>\n<li>One egg<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 jar of Pasta sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cook the sausage and onion together then set aside to cool. Combine all other ingredients except the shells and the sauce and mix together, reserving a cup or two of the grated cheeses for the top.\u00a0 Mix in the sausage and onion.\u00a0 Using a rubber spatula, scoop the mixture into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.\u00a0 Pour half the sauce over the bottom of your baking dish.
