Hope
Hope It’s official. I’m an idiot. Ren left for Oregon weeks ago and it was all because I pretty much pushed him out the door. No. I was pathetically pressed up against Kadam’s door straining my ears to eavesdrop on their conversation. Most of the time, I pretended not to care about what was going on in Oregon. Kadam usually told me the basics and I would listen and mumble or shrug as …
The Ghost of Christmas Past
The Ghost of Christmas Past I woke to the smell of hot buttery biscuits and kicked off my covers. My room was nippy because dad liked to turn the thermostat down at night to save money.
